Ingenium developed a Commercial Development Master Plan for a large tract of land in Clanton, AL adjacent to Interstate 65. Code research was done to determine the appropriate land uses and any constraints. The existing topography and access roads and clients desires, were taken into account during the planning process. The concept included several major anchors with multiple outparcels.
