Osceola Parkway Commercial Development

Ingenium performed Master Planning services for a 76-acre site in Kissimmee, Florida off Osceola Parkway. The proposed development consisted of 250,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space with up to 20 outparcels. Master Planning efforts included preliminary road layouts and placement of traffic signals, conceptual storm water management and grading, land planning and coordination with the City of Kissimmee, utility providers and the water management district. Although this project was not constructed, Ingenium engineers were instrumental in assisting our client with vetting out the potential pitfalls and feasibility of the desired vision.
