Ingenium Enterprises assisted Panda Express with preparing the necessary information to make an informed decision to purchase a property in Destin, Florida. This parcel had many challenges including an extremely short time frame for the Panda Express Real Estate Team to pursue the contract.  Ingenium completed a full Site Investigation Report (SIR), multiple schematic site plans, the required presentation graphics package, and estimate of quantities in record time. In addition to the normal feasibility items needed, Ingenium also prepared a site line study to aid the client in working through concerns from the shopping center immediately adjacent and behind the site. This study ensured the shopping center’s approval of the Plans. Ingenium also prepared the required Full Civil Site Plans, Hydrology Study, and necessary Conditional Use Permit for the Major Site Plan Development as required by the City of Destin. Construction is slated to begin in November of 2021.
