Ingenium Enterprises was the Civil Engineer for this +/- 71,000 SF three story medical office building located on the St. Vincent’s Hospital campus in Birmingham, AL. Extensive coordination with the hospital due to shared infrastructure including but not limited to the multi-story parking deck, access roads and utilities. This $10 million dollar construction project was completed and permitted within the client’s schedule and is currently serving the community. The scope of work included: the full design and permitting of the Civil Plans, Hydraulic Calculations, and ADEM NPDES.
