Ingenium Enterprises was the Civil Engineer for this +/- 8,000 SF building located off the East West Connector in Smyrna, GA. Extensive coordination with the overall developer and an adjacent gas station development was required due to shared infrastructure. The project was completed and permitted within the client’s schedule and is currently serving the community. The scope of work included: the full design and permitting of the Civil Plans, Hydraulic Calculations, and NPDES.
