Ingenium Enterprises was the Civil Engineer for the design of a multi-building mixed use commercial development and hotel on a 3.3 acre tract in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The site features 5 restaurants and a medical office complimenting the nearby existing apartments and future hotel in one of the largest trade areas in the metro Atlanta Area. The site featured several challenges including slopes, buildings with multiple finished floors, and limited area for surface parking. Ingenium was an integral part of the design and construction team. The site was very complex in terms of permitting and construction, but Ingenium was able to procure several variances related for Water and Sewer Services to allow for the site to function as intended. Ingenium played a key role in delivering the land disturbance permit on schedule, resulting in a successfully scheduled turn over date to the tenants in 2022.
