Holly Springs, GA.
Office Building:
A three-story, 60,000 square-foot new office building, which will include space for Place Services’ new corporate headquarters.
The first floor includes corporate office space, a fitness area, meeting spaces, elevators, lobbies, and restrooms. The top two floors are designated for Place Services.
Commercial Development:
Multiple outparcels programmed for retail and restaurant use.

Unique Challenges:
There is a major grade differential on this site. The challenge was to minimize amount of dirt to haul off. Multiple grading concepts with earthwork calculations were developed to assist the developer’s decision.
There is no existing sanitary sewer at the site. A new sanitary sewer main was designed and extended to the site along East Cherokee Drive and along Hickory Road.
East Cherokee Drive and Hickory Road were widened and turn lanes designed to accommodate the increased traffic generated from the development.
