Culver’s Restaurant

Ingenium Enterprises prepared Civil Site Plans for the redevelopment of a former gas station property to a new 3,000 square foot Culver’s Restaurant with drive thru. The site was located off of SR 60 in Hillsborough County, Florida. This location presented many challenges, including multiple variances, the construction of an off-site sanitary sewer force main, and public roadway improvements. Specific services performed for this site included:

Pervious Paver Design
Site and Building Demolition Plans
Public Road Improvements
Access Plans for the proposed curb cuts

The plans were permitted through Hillsborough County, Florida DEP, and Hillsborough County EPC. Construction of the store was completed in November of 2019.
