Ingenium Enterprises prepared Full Site Civil Site Plans, Road Widening Plans, Retaining Wall Plans, Sewer Extension Plans, Hydrology Study, and a Traffic Study for a 2,200 square foot Panda Express Restaurant with drive thru and outdoor patio for a 0.84 acre site located in the City of Crestview, Florida. Challenges for this site related to extreme topographical differences on the site in relation to the two road frontages, the lack of a sewer connection at the site, and the site’s close proximity to wetlands. The plans and studies were prepared and submitted to the City of Crestview, Okaloosa County, FDOT, FDEP and the Northwest Florida Water Management District. The site was successfully permitted and the store opened in December of 2019.
