New Port Richey, FL
7-Eleven
Ingenium Enterprises prepared Civil Site Plans for a new 3,490 square foot 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station at the intersection of US 19 and Main Street in New Port Richey, Florida. The site was previously home to two separate retail buildings and prior to that a gas station. Multiple variances and negotiation with the City of New Port Richey was required for the sustainable development of this site. Furthermore, the site was in disrepair and extensive coordination with the City of New Port Richey was required since the intersection is highly visible and a major access way for visitors to get to the revitalized downtown area. This partnership with the City resulted in an improvement to the site’s frontage along Main Street with several species of palm trees representing an inviting feel and cohesive integration into the look and vision the City had for the Main Street corridor.
Ingenium prepared Full Civil Site Plans, US 19 sidewalk improvement plans, and an intersection improvement plan for US 19 and Main Street. The plans and studies were permitted through the City of New Port Richey, FDOT, and the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD). The store started construction in the spring of 2021 and is slated to open before the end of the year.
